Terms of Service & Payment Policy
Payment Terms
To maintain the speed and quality of our delivery, Ahbiya Systems requires a 100% advance payment for the Appointment System Plan (€499). For the Website Design + Appointment System Plan (€1,000), we require a minimum of 50% upfront to begin the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Refund Policy
Because we provide custom technical implementation and creative digital services, all payments are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, the time and resources allocated to your salon’s infrastructure cannot be recovered.
Our Commitment
While we do not offer refunds, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. We will provide unlimited technical refinements during the setup phase to ensure your booking system and website are "Paris-ready" and function perfectly according to the agreed-upon project scope.
