Our terms define how we operate to ensure your salon’s success. It’s all about maintaining a transparent, professional, and results-driven partnership.
Terms of Service: Ahbiya Systems
1. Our Services & Scope
We provide high-end digital infrastructure specifically for the beauty and wellness industry. Our services include the implementation of commission-free appointment systems, premium website redesign, local SEO optimization, and brand strategy. Every project begins with a 30 to 45-minute deep-dive consultation via Google Meet or Zoom, where we share our screen, demonstrate the dashboard, and answer every technical question to ensure total clarity before moving forward.
2. Payments and Invoicing
Ahbiya Systems operates with a strict "Payment-First" workflow to guarantee your slot in our production calendar.
→ Appointment System Plan (€499): 100% advance payment required.
→ Website + System Plan (€1,000+): 50% upfront deposit to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Payments are accepted via secure bank transfer or professional payment gateways. Invoices are issued immediately upon agreement, and work commences only once the payment is confirmed and all required business assets (logins, pricing, images) are received.
3. Project Execution & Delivery
Once the payment is settled and you have provided the necessary business details via our onboarding file, we begin the build. Our process is seamless:
→ Step 1: Initial Strategy & Screen-share Meeting.
→ Step 2: Payment & Asset Collection.
→ Step 3: System Implementation & Design.
→ Step 4: Client Review & Final Refinements.
→ Step 5: Final Handover & Training (includes step-by-step video tutorials and a final walkthrough to ensure you are an expert in your new dashboard).
4. No-Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our work and the intensive manual configuration involved, Ahbiya Systems does not offer refunds or cancellations. Once a project starts, the initial payment is non-refundable. We are committed to refining the system until it meets the high standards discussed in our meeting, but we do not offer money-back guarantees. All intellectual property and system access are transferred to the client only after the final payment is cleared.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of your salon’s business data, staff details, and client lists. All information shared during our consultation and collaboration is strictly confidential. We protect your logins and internal strategies with the same level of care we use for our own.
