Our partnership with Djelani Maachi Hair Salon was built on a single goal: converting digital traffic into confirmed chair bookings. We moved away from generic aesthetics to develop a visual language of "Clinical Precision meets Parisian Luxury." Every design element—from the high-speed grid structure to the intuitive iconography—was crafted to reflect the salon’s expert approach to hair artistry. We prioritized a digital experience that feels as seamless and high-end as a walk-in appointment at the salon itself.
We engineered a bespoke, high-performance booking ecosystem designed for deep immersion. The visual identity was translated into a custom digital interface featuring a live, integrated appointment system. Key features include a multi-employee management dashboard, real-time calendar syncing, and automated SMS reminders to eliminate no-shows. The platform allows clients to experience the brand’s "Quiet Authority" while providing a frictionless path to payment. We have provided a direct live link within the portal for prospective clients to test the speed and elegance of the system firsthand.

For Djelani Maachi, we envisioned a website that acts as a 24/7 digital manager. We moved into the creation phase by translating the salon’s ethos of "Thoughtful Simplicity" into a structured digital space. By balancing white space with a sophisticated color palette, we ensured the salon’s portfolio took center stage. Our strategy focused on "Structural Integrity," ensuring that the beauty of the design never compromised the speed of the booking engine.
The rollout focused on full-scale automation and consistent branding across all touchpoints. We delivered an immersive digital platform that houses a complete appointment infrastructure—allowing for online deposits, service categorization, and detailed financial tracking. To ensure the Djelani Maachi team maintains full control, we integrated a modular grid system that scales as the salon grows. The final execution is a brand and platform that communicates creative clarity while functioning as a powerful, revenue-generating engine.
